Loni!'s Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Loni!'s Story...
Loni was just rescued from the shelter and needs a great home! She is a super sweet and wiggly 4-5mo old pup. Her DNA breed test came back as a huge mutt - the only solid breed noted was GSD, but she did have trace amounts of akita, miniature bull terrier, and springer spaniel! She is about 30lbs now and would love a fun active home that is prepared for the commitment it takes to provide a safe and loving home! Her fosterhome has another dog, a couple kitties and children and Loni is doing well!

Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group.

Adoption fees range from $150-$250 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us.

We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Loni!, a Sacramento German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
