Hi there – my name is Twiggy. I’m a female Poodle/Bichon mix, am 4 years old, and I weigh about 10 pounds. I’m spayed, up to date on vaccines and have been micro chipped too. I am a very lovable girl and love to be around my foster mom and family. I get very excited when my family gets home from work. I like to snuggle, but also like to just lay on the other end of the sofa. Playing with balls is lots of fun, and I have a couple of teddies to shake around too. I do this little dance on my hind legs which is the way I let my foster family know that I can't reach my ball or if I want a nibble of whatever you are cooking - they think it is very cute.

I’m house trained and well behaved, but if I hear noises outside, or if someone comes up to the door or up to the car when I’m on an outing, I will let you know by barking. I don't really like loud noises and will bark because it startles me. I have this little routine in the morning with my foster family. After mom and I wake up and I go out, I help mom wake up William and Amy by jumping on their beds and giving them kisses. I am really looking for a belly rub from them, but hey, everyone is happy. I shake when I am uneasy about something. The weather lately has been too cold for me to go for walks, but I can get some good play time out in the back yard but not for too long because my feet get cold and I start to shake. I have a beautiful sweater which keeps my body warm but I can't wait for the spring!
