Alora's Story...
Hey everyone!

Check out this beautiful 5 year old kitty that the Krazy Animal Lovers rescue team took under our wing! Her name is Aulora but her previous owner says she's never been a fan of that name! She was in a loving home for her 5 years of life but unfortunately allergies have torn the happy family apart. Mom and daughter (2 years old) are both so allergic to the kitty they have had to be on a number of allergy medications daily for years. The mother was diagnosed after having the kitty about a year and her little girl at 17 weeks when she broke out in hives. The allergies are getting worse for both and of course mom does not want to continue giving her two year old so much allergy medication. For this reason she has turned to us to trust us to find her baby a loving home and we couldn't say no!

This little kitty is very loving and sweet! She prefers to be loved on on her own terms and will happily seek out your affection. She gets along well with other cats and dogs with proper introductions. She is great with children! She is spayed, current on vaccinations, and FELV/FIV negative. Adoption fee of $30 just to ensure a good home :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alora, a San Diego Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
