Hello, my name is Pammy, I am a Boston Terrier mix who is learning to be a Shih Tzu!!
My foster family is made up of three Shih Tzu’s and they are teaching me the ropes. I am a little over a year old, weigh about 25 lbs. and have been spayed. I got a new harness and leash and like to walk around the town square of Prosperity, especially near Roma’s Pizza, but they won’t let me inL.
I have gotten to travel in my crate to NC and did great going across the mountains. I love my fenced yard and long after the squirrels on the other side. I love to run and play with the other dogs and enjoy snuggling with them too. We have a great time! I was very scared at first and whined a lot, but I don’t anymore. I am very quiet unless someone comes to the door and I alert my pack. Visitors are welcomed though without issues, I love new people.
I will sit and stay in my bed for a while but really like sleeping on the big bed with the rest of the pack. I understand “no” and “down”, just if a squirrel is around, I don’t listen very well. I am really working hard on potty-training and Mom thinks I am there.
I don’t like when Mommy and Daddy leave for work, because I am scared they won’t come back. But I am so excited when they do. I am working on not jumping up so much and I try to sit when I am supposed to.
I love my Mom’s recliner and steal kisses from her when we sit together. I am very strong and still have a lot of puppy in me. I need someone to play ball and walk me and I will love them in return.
I am thankful for my Foster home, but I sure would love a family of my own.
