My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Just look at this sweet face. This is Blazer, a 1 ½ year old black lab. He is on the smaller side weighing in at 50 lbs. Blazer is your all around good boy who loves people, other dogs, and just loves life. He likes all the attention he gets and will roll over for a belly rub. Blazer gets very excited when he is told what a good boy he is and gets one of those yummy good boy treats. Like all young boys, Blazer likes to romp and play with his canine buddies. He settles down very nicely after playtime, and he would be considered a medium energy boy. Blazer would love nothing more than to have a wonderful family to call his very own. He would be a great companion for any family, as he has been well socialized with men, women and older children. We are not sure about the kitties, but we can cat test if necessary. Blazer would make a great hiking and walking companion and he does do very well on the leash making long walks a pleasure. Blazer is neutered, up to date on all vaccines including rabies, heartworm negative and micro-chipped. He is also on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative. Blazer is crate trained. If you are interested in learning more about this really great boy, please indicate Blazer in the notes section of the online application
