Meet Buddy!
Buddy is PROOF that good things come in small packages! He is 13 pounds of pure sweetness. He was rescued from a high intake/high kill shelter in Eastern rural KY just before his time there was coming to an end. He appears to be a Jack Russell Terrier Mix.
If you are looking for that perfect lap dog for your family, you have found what you are looking for! This little 8 month old is still a puppy, but no longer in the "puppy phase." He is a well mannered little guy, who LOVES everybody! Some dogs are a "one person only" kind of dog; Buddy loves men, women and children alike! He doesn’t have a preference about who his human is, as long as they love him and give him attention! He's a total FAMILY dog! He loves the cats in his foster home and loves to play with his foster dog sister too (as you can see in the pics!)
He is active when it is time to be active, but knows when it is time to settle down and cuddle up. And cuddle time is Buddy's favorite time of the day! He is not a big barker (he only barks to alert foster mom if he sees something outside) and he knows what is acceptable house behavior. He is one smart cookie!
Buddy is a highly adaptable dog that would do fantastic in just about any type of home environment (Apartment, Townhouse, House). This little guy is seriously the PERFECT total package!
