Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Hobo! He is a 4.7 lb yorkshire terrier who thinks he is a big dog in a tiny dog body as he has no fear of anything! We think he is 9-10 years old but is VERY active. This sweet little guy was found wandering the streets of Long Beach with no ID tag or microchip. He was filthy dirty, smelly and skin and bones, weighing barely 4 lbs when we rescued him.
His hair and skin were also in awful condition but he is improving due to now getting good care and a healthy diet.
When he first arrived at his Foster home, he did not have any interest in people or the other dogs in the home, it seemed like he had never lived inside. He was very much in his own little world and was not potty trained either, but he is now:-)
He has learned to walk beautifully on a leash and loves going for walks. When he is inside, he follows his Foster Mom everywhere and loves to sit in her lap. He has been vet checked, neutered, microchipped and updated on all his shots.
Now he just needs his loving forever home. If you are interested in adopting Hobo, please complete the on-line application as he does not always attend the weekly PETCO adoption event on Saturdays. The E-Mail address is: www.adoptmerescue@gmail.com.
