My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

In the summer months, adoptions really fall because everyone is escaping the heat, which we totally understand! So we are having a Senior Special for June, July and August. NO ADOPTION FEE to an approved home. We have several mid-life dogs that are still waiting patiently for a new permanent home.
LUCKY is one of these homeless little guys on whom we are not giving up on finding them a home. He has been in rescue a long time and gets overlooked again and again. He literally just need a warm lap and a happy spot to watch the traffic go by. The bonus to adopting one of our senior dogs is free vacation dog-sitting, as long as we are in town at the time.

LUCKY is easy-going and low-maintenance. He loves walks, any attention you have time to give him, and watching TV on the couch with you. His favorite show is House Hunters International, although he really is a home-body.

Retirees would be an amazing fit, but he is adaptable, just no little kids. He's about 5 pounds and is looking for a person with a big heart who will let him borrow a few square feet of space for the rest of his life.
