Corey's Story...
Corey is an adorable dog who surprisingly hasn't had a very "adorable" life! When his family in Brentwood adopted him they thought he was a Llasa Apso. When he grew up and they realized he wasn't going to be a cute, little dog he was banished from the house and left in a dog run on the side of the house, 24 hours a day, they didn't even give him a dog house!!! So needless to say, he needs socialization!

He's good with children, other dogs and can be tolerant of cats but not all! We've taken him to Petco Adoption day where's been getting alot of attention so we're hoping it won't take very long to find him his forever home!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Corey, a Berkeley Tibetan Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Tibetan Terrier for sale in Berkeley, or seeking a Tibetan Terrier puppy from a breeder in Berkeley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berkeley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berkeley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Tibetan Terrier breeders who help with Tibetan Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berkeley paves the way for another one to be saved.
