Calli's Story...
Calli is like a little tomboy. She is rough and tough but, oh so sweet! She came from the shelter with demodex mange, skin infections, and malnutrition. You would never know it now! She is bright, playful and fun with a beautiful brindle coat. She appears to be a Xolo/Xolo mix and approximately 2 years old. She is 18 pounds of solid muscle and love. She is super smart, loves to play with toys, absolutely LOVES to play in the water, and goes straight to her crate when you tell her its bedtime. Calli has had a rough start in life and she deserves a loving forever home where she never has to worry again. If you would be interested in meeting Calli, please put in your application at http://www.doubleerescueranch.com/Adopting.html Her adoption fee is $150 and includes her spay, vaccines, to include rabies, microchip, and she is heartworm negative and on prevention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Calli, a Kempner Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless for sale in Kempner, or seeking a Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless dog from a breeder in Kempner.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kempner already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kempner breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless breeders who help with Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kempner paves the way for another one to be saved.
