My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Todd and Penny had a very difficult start in life (click here to read their rescue story: http://www.advocates4animals.com/blog/penny-todds-journey-to-recovery/). Luckily they were rescued by Advocates 4 Animals where they have received top of the line veterinary care, nutrition and of course lots of love and attention! Because of their difficult start in life, the siblings are very shy and require a calm home. They do well with other cats but do prefer a home with no dogs (unless the dog is small and extremely calm) and no young children. They snuggle up together and depend on each other-- as they have been through a lot together-- therefore they are in search of a forever home, together. Both love to play with cat toys (especially when you pull a string across the carpet--- they love to chase it and they are so fast and funny!). They are approx. 9-10 months old as of December 2013. Both are spayed/neutered, FIV/FeLv tested (negative, housetrained/litter-box trained, up to date on vaccinations and treated with a monthly preventative for ear mites, fleas and worms. Todd (black and white male) and Penny (brown tortishell female) have great purrs! They will take awhile to warm up to their forever home and they need an adopter who is patient and willing to work with them on the transition process. Most likely they will remain shy cats for their lifetime-- but they have the ability to really bond with their human guardian if provided the proper environment (calm, kind and patient). They really have a lot of love to share and are very sweet but need to find a "purr-fect" fit for their needs. If you have questions, please feel free to email us at: Adopt@Advocates4Animals.com anytime. Todd and Penny are very deserving of a loving, forever home together that will provide them with a lifetime of happiness and love!

Adoption Fee: $75 (or $100 bonded fee for two or more cats):  Includes Spay/Neuter, Vaccinations, Flea and Worm Preventative, FELV testing
