found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and good with cats.
Pollyanna didn’t know how she got there, but she was told in no uncertain terms that she couldn’t stay. So she was evicted from the Naval barracks and brought to the Coronado Animal Care Facility.
Being used to being footloose and fancy free, Pollyanna is busy learning how to be a polite young kitty.
Her foster mom says that she is a feisty and playful kitten that is discovering her soft side.
She loves to sit on her foster mom’s lap lapping up pets and face rubs. But, she has rules and does not like her belly rubbed, a request that her foster mom respects.
Pollyanna is a little intimidated by the two resident German Shepherds. Although they have been nothing but friendly to her, she continues to give them her "Halloween cat imitation" and they go away.
She is trying her best to befriend the 8 year old resident cat, but he thinks she is nothing but a pest with her efforts at engaging and playing with him. She seems to want a feline companion and so would do best in a home with another like-minded cat.
All in all, her foster mom says she is such a kitten in all her antics and she has been a lot of fun!
Do you have a cat at home looking for a playful feline companion? Pollyanna is ready and waiting to fill the bill!
If you are interested in adopting Pollyanna, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor.
