Rescue FAQs
We are a non-profit, 501C3,dog rescue in Racine, WI & recently we have expanded into Ocean Shores, WA. We rescue dogs in high kill shelters all over the United States. We believe it is our moral responsibility to protect and improve the lives of abused, neglected, abandoned and homeless dogs worldwide. Our dream is to help every dog find a stable and healthy environment. We operate a progressive and responsible animal rescue. We are an all foster based rescue.
All of our meet and greets are by appointment only, if you have completed our adoption application and it is approved.

Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationPlease email an adoption application request to Stephanie at: Stephanie.ostrowski@yahoo.com
- Approve Applicationyou will receive an email or phone call if you are approved.
- Home CheckWe will come to your house to get to know you, we often will bring the dog with to see if this is a good fit. We will also check the yard.
- Meet the PetThis is part of Step 3, the Home Check
- Sign Adoption ContractThis can be done at the time of the home check and the meet and greet if it goes well.
Additional adoption info
We require applicants to fully fill out an adoption application before we consider adopting out a puppy or dog. A meet and greet will not be scheduled until an Adoption Application is completed and approved.
