Kitty Kat Rescue's Adoption Process

1. Submit Application

Complete an application completely. Call your vet if you currently have pets to give us permission to get records.

2. Approve Application

We will contact you if your application is approved/denied or if any further information is required. This takes anywhere from 7 to 10 days

3. Take the Pet Home

We will make arrangements for you to take the cat home to foster up to a month before you pay and adopt. You will sign a foster contract.

4. Sign Adoption Contract

After the foster trial and we both agree the cat is the right fit for your home, we will email you the adoption contract and payment info.

If interested in adopting one of our cats you must fill out an application completely. If you have pets currently or in the past please contact your veterinarian right away to give our rescue permission to learn about your pet's health records. Once we review your application we will contact you within a week.

Cats or kittens are $200. They are spayed or neutered, have received their distemper and rabies vaccines. Tested for FIV, feline leukemia and heart worms and have received deworming and flea treatments.

About Kitty Kat Rescue

Our nonprofit organization has been created to rescue, foster, vaccinate, sterilize and adopt out cats in order to reduce the population of unwanted and not cared for cats.

Come Meet Kitty Kat Rescue's Pets

Most of our pets are currently fostered in personal homes. We do have some cats located at the PetSmart in Orange.
