Our mission is “Increase Awareness in Sullivan County about the humane treatment of animals through responsible sheltering, education, spay/neuter assistance, and access to wellness.
Sullivan County locations outside the city limits of Kingsport and Bristol. Portions of Bluff City and Johnson City are included in the county area.
