Our mission is “Increase Awareness in Sullivan County about the humane treatment of animals through responsible sheltering, education, spay/neuter assistance, and access to wellness.
Sullivan County locations outside the city limits of Kingsport and Bristol. Portions of Bluff City and Johnson City are included in the county area.

Hours: M, T, W, F, Sa 12:30-5:30pm Closed Th and Su All animals must be spayed or neutered before they go home. We do have foster-to-adopt options for dogs.
