STEP 1: Fill out our screening form. References will be verified.

Meet the Pet

STEP 2: Set up a time/day to meet the dog you're interested in adopting. All family members must be present

Interview

STEP 3: A home check to ensure the home is a safe environment, must be completed prior to adoption.

4.

Sign Adoption Contract

STEP 4: Agree to and sign the adoption contract.

5.

Pay Fee

STEP 5: Pay the adoption donation

Take the Pet Home
