SNARL Adoption Program
At this time, we use Social Media to promote our dogs as well as collaborate with other rescues to share our dogs and we share their dog to help find more dogs a permanent home. We also work with other rescues to attend events to showcase and share our dogs.
Adoption Screening
We have an interest form that all potential adopters are required to fill out. (See attached form) These interest forms are screened by the President and the foster who has the dog to ensure that the potential adopter has the necessary experience and love. If a potential adopter passes this screening then an off-site meet and greet is set up to ensure that any current pets are compatible with the new pet. If this goes well, then a meet and greet is done in the home. This process can take up to 3 or 4 hours. At the same time the home check is done. All pets and new owners are given a 3-day grace period to ensure there are no issues which includes a refund of adoption fee. If the new owner requires training our trainer will work with them on any issues.
Adoption Follow Up
All adopters are given both the foster’s and the Presidents contact information in case there are any issues.

About Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League

Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League (SNARL) exists to provide a better life for adoptable homeless, abandoned, or abused animals. We aim to assist in the effort of limiting the overpopulation of these animals as well as educate the public against breed or size discrimination. There is no such thing as a “bad breed”, only bad humans. Our mission is to make sure all of the animals we rescue are placed in loving, safe, and viable fur-ever homes.
