Our adoption process includes a meet-and-greet, adoption application, reference checks, possible in-home visits, adoption fee, and follow up exams in 6 months and 1 year.

The Animal Health Organization is a non-profit animal welfare corporation serving central ohio and surrounding areas. Our programs include Affordable/Accessible veterinary medical care, shelter diversion, community outreach, trap-alter-return, and animal rescue/rehabilitation/adoption.

Come Meet The Animal Health Organization's Pets

We try to house our adoptable pets in foster homes to to add enrichment during the waiting periods; therefore, not all of our adoptable animals are housed in our Delaware/Lewis Center facility. Please call or email in advance prior to stopping by to ensure the animal you are wanting to meet is available.
