Additional adoption info
Once adopters application is approved, contract is signed, & adoption fee is paid, pet is released into new owners custody for as long as new owners abide by adoption contract. At no time is the adoption fee refundable. It will be considered a tax deductible donation to Rusty Rover Canine Rescue.
