Rescue FAQs
We are a full service training facility specializing in Obedience & Dog Behavior Psychology. We have been in business since 1985.
Our philosophy is to develop well-behaved loyal companions.
We believe that every dog deserves a great home. It isn't enough to go to a rescue to find a dog to adopt. The dog you adopt needs to be set up for success. We train all of our rescue dogs using the AKC Canine Good Citizen Standard to give them the tools they need to be a great companion for their forever family.

Adoption steps
- Meet the PetWe do adoption events every Saturday from 9:00am - 2:00pm so you can come in and see our available dogs for yourself.
- Submit ApplicationWe want to see each dog find their forever home their first time out. For this reason we don't adopt dogs to families who already have pets.
- Take the Pet HomeWe offer a 7 day Foster to Adopt Program. You are welcome to take the dog of your choice home to see if they are a good fit for you.
Additional adoption info
We do a background check of potential adopters. Once the check is complete & everything checks out, we will allow the dog to be adopted. You may be able to foster the dog for up to 7 days to see if he/she will be a good fit in your home and family.
