Happy Mutts Humane Society is an all breed, all age dog and cat rescue run entirely by volunteers. We rely on our foster partners and donors to save dogs and cats in need of homes throughout the High Desert region of southern California, including Apple Valley, Hesperia, Victorville, Adelanto and surrounding areas.
