Animal Welfare Center of Ashtabula County

We are a new animal welfare organization in Ashtabula County. We are not a traditional shelter or rescue organization. Our focus is on managing the pet population and providing supportive services to assist pet owners in Ashtabula County to care for their pets so they can stay in the homes they already have. When a pet needs to be re-homed, we will provide foster-based sheltering and adoption (note, this program is still under development at this time). We are looking for compassionate volunteers and fosters to join in our mission!
