Rescue FAQs
Kudzu Cat Alliance’s primary mission is to stabilize community cat populations through a trap-neuter-return program, and to educate the public about the benefits of TNR.
When possible we also rescue feral-born kittens and foster them to adoption. They are given TLC, vetting, socialization and house training to help their development into perfect pets for forever, loving homes.
Kudzu Cat Alliance is a 501(c)(3) organization, and is licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture as a foster-based cat rescue.

Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationWe have an online application for potential adopters.
- InterviewA conversation with our adoption coordinator to learn more about what you are looking for in a pet so we can make the best possible match.
- Approve Application
- Meet the PetMeeting the kitten(s)/cat(s) can be scheduled for approved applicants; this also lets us get to know the adopters in person.
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Pay FeeAdoption fee can be paid on our website upon notification of adoption approval; must be paid by time of adoption.
- Take the Pet HomeEnjoy your new family member!
