Rescue FAQs
We are a dog rescue in Houston, who specializes in rehabilitating and rehoming dogs that are pulled off of the streets, from our local animals shelters, and from owners who are surrendering them.
Houston and all surrounding areas and shelters, as well as street dogs and owner surrenders
Adoption steps
- Submit Application
- Application asks for 3 references, who are contacted and asked questions about how the applicant will be/ is as a pet parent
- Home Check
- This may be done in person of via video chat
- Meet the Pet
- Approve Application
- Once they are approved, there is a sleepover for up to 2 weeks to make sure that the pet and the home are a good fit
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Pay Fee
