The Town of Huntington Cat Shelter is a municipal no-kill shelter established to serve the homeless pets and pet owners of Huntington Township. The Town of Huntington Cat Shelter is managed by Little Shelter Animal Rescue.
Little Shelter operates the Town Cat Shelter at no cost to the tax payer. Its purpose is solely to serve the community and its felines.
​TOH Cat Shelter is a no-kill facility, so cats are safe to live their lives until they find their new forever families.

Additional adoption info

Upon arriving at Town of Huntington Cat Shelter, you will be guided through our shelter with an adoption counselor, who will show you all the pets you are interested in, as well as pets that fit your lifestyle. Upon finding the ideal pet for you, you and the adoption counselor will place the animal on hold for 48 hours. We do not do same day adoptions.
All Town of Huntington Cat Shelter pets receive the highest quality medical care and are spayed /neutered before adoption. Every potential adopter is interviewed and thoroughly screened to ensure the best quality homes.
