Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationWe have a short application. It does include a veterinarian reference so it helps to have your vet’s number handy.
- InterviewWe are always happy to talk about our amazing pets and learn more about you as well. Some animals have special needs.
- Home CheckHome check for specific animals only.
- Meet the PetWe love to set up appointments for you to meet your potential furever friend.
- Take the Pet HomeWe do ask for cats and small animals that folks have appropriate and safe carriers to transport home.
Additional adoption info
We are all volunteers and we do adoption meet and greets normally by appointment after applications are submitted and work with you to find a time to meet your needs as well. Since covid this has really helped as we are able to give families plenty time of their own to spend with the animals they are interested in adopting as it is a big decision to adopt and we appreciate you.
