SCAR was founded in 2016 by a group of concerned citizens who wanted to reduce the number of abandoned and unwanted pets in our local community.

Adoption steps
- Meet the PetWe prefer to receive an application prior to the scheduling of the meeting but it is not required.

- Home CheckWe check outdoor perimeter to be sure there are no obvious escape routes for the dog.
- Pay FeeOur adoption fee is $199 and includes shots to date, microchip, deworming, and spay/neuter.
