Rescue FAQs

To offer a safe haven for unwanted, abused, or neglected horses: shelter, nutrition, vet and farrier care, and most importantly – unconditional love and attention. Once overall health, well-being and soundness of a horse is accomplished, they are assessed for possible placement and adoption to a qualified owner. 100% of your donations are tax deductible. We are funded completely by donations from the public! We receive no state or federal funding for our rescued horses! We are a no-kill horse shelter!
We are located in Sheboygan county but serve any and all counties and surrounding states through surrenders and adoptions

  • 7. Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

If for any reason an adopter needs to rehome their horse after the adoption contract period has ended, we always encourage the adopter to contact us to arrange a surrender back to us. This ensures our horses never end up in the slaughter pipeline.
