Additional adoption info
Thank you for your interest in adopting a companion from FUREVER HOME RESCUE (FHR). The first step of the process is to fill out and submit an application. Please remember some important points: FHR’s only interest is in the safety and well being of the pets in our care. We will take every step possible to ensure that every dog gets adopted to loving, forever homes. We take the time in processing each applicant to make sure we find suitable homes for these pets.
Once an application is submitted you will hear from an adoption counselor within 2-5 business days for a phone interview. After the interview your references will be checked. Please complete the form in detail, leaving no fields empty or not filled in with complete and accurate information. The more accurate the faster the application can be approved.
The answers you give on this application will also help us to find the best possible match between you and the dogs available through FUREVER HOME RESCUE (“FHR”). Please fill out the application in it's entirely.
By submitting this application you understand our adoption process and authorize us to begin your application.
