Submit Application
Interview
We do an over the phone interview first after the submit their application and go over everything. Especially if they have another dog.
Approve Application
If we don't approve the application once we do the phone interview then we don't see a point in them meeting the dog.
Home Check
A lot of the time we like to do a home visit and meet and greet at the same time. But if that's not possible we do the home visit first.
Meet the Pet
If not done at the same time as the home visit we do this step.
Take the Pet Home
If all goes well, we allow a 2 day trial period (usually weekends) when they are home with proper instruction for transition.
Sign Adoption Contract
Once they decide to adopt, we send over the contract via docusign and take the adoption fee payment.
