Rescue FAQs

716 Paws is a group of avid animal advocates who knows its our responsibility and passion to help both families and animals find their perfect match. We are a volunteer-based animal rescue group founded to facilitate the placement of animals into their best-matched forever home. We help both local and out of state animals find homes. Our goal is to reduce the overall euthanasia rate amongst canines and to give both dog and human alike a forever companion.
All of Western New York. Currently we only adopt out within a 1 hour commute from the Buffalo Niagara airport. We will consider processing applications outside that area if the family has no other dogs in the home and is willing to come to Buffalo for the meet and greet. We do not provide transport services to out of town adopters. We do not adopt within Canada.
