Rescue FAQs
We are a foster-based, nonprofit animal rescue. Our mission is to save lives and help unwanted and homeless pets to know what love truly is. Through our network of volunteer foster homes, we also provide safe and stable temporary homes to animals that may be displaced as a result of domestic violence. We want the survivors to know that they are supported and that they matter and that their beloved pets will be waiting for them when they are ready to bring them home.
Every animal in our care will be socialized and cared for so that they are healthy and happy and ready to live a long life with their family. We also are huge advocates of the importance of spaying and neutering pets and are committed to that cause.

Adoption steps
- Submit Application
- Think of this step like your introduction to us. We will take into account the animal you apply for but we aim to make sturdy matches
- Interview
- Think of this as the pet's introduction to you. We will call and talk about the pet and see if this is a good fit.
- Meet the Pet
- Think of this as the moment you've been waiting for! Meet up somewhere and see if you vibe. "Did we just become best friends?
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Make it official.
- Pay Fee
- Help us to save more animals.
- Take the Pet Home
- For you and your new pet- this is the first day of the rest of your lives. Enjoy!

We aim to matchmake, so our process is not first come first served. We try to be sure that we find homes for our animals that will be the last home they ever have to find. Please submit an application telling us about yourself and what you are looking for in your new furry companion.
