Adoption steps

1. Submit Application
   1. Pre-approved adopters have applied, passed a background check, and a volunteer may have contacted personal, housing, and vet references
2. Approve Application
   1. Once approved, a volunteer will contact you to ask / answer questions and to set up a meet & greet appointment. A home check may be required
3. Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
   1. We only adopt purrfect matches and will not separate bonded pairs so we require adopters to meet our kittens before adopting or pre-adopting
4. Meet the Pet
   1. We truly believe that our purrfect kittens choose us! Please keep an open mind when meeting them. You can request to meet a specific kitten.
5. Pay Fee
   1. Pay at least the minimum adoption donation amount (may vary per kitten) to pre-adopt (until ready) or adopt your kitten that day (if ready).
6. Sign Adoption Contract
   1. In person when pre-adopting or adopting up your PURRfect Kitten
7. Take the Pet Home
   1. Yay!!! Please allow your new kitten(s) time to adjust to their new environment. Please contact us with any questions!
