It Takes A Village Animal Rescue & Resources is a nonprofit that provides refuge, medical care, nourishment and forever families to homeless animals, as well as providing community resources for animal education & low-cost spay/neuter.
Muscatine County is our primary, but we are also willing to provide support to Louisa County, Scott County and Johnson County and Cedar County as well.

At this point the process is complete and the adopter will be provided with adoption packet, and the pet can go home with their new family.
