WE FIGHT FOR NEW ORDINANCE CHANGES WITH LOCAL MANICIPALITIES TO ALLOW FOR TNR. WE TRAP, SPAY/ NEUTER, RETURN. WE BUILD ASTHETICALLY PLEASING SHELTERS, AUTO FEEDERS & WATERERS FOR AGREED UPON LOCATIONS TO HOUSE COMMUNITY COLONIES.
