We are the Government facility for the City of Converse, TX and we are the Animal Care Services for the city as well as adoptions of unclaimed and unwanted animals.
Adoption Fees for Dogs, puppies, kittens: $75
Adoptions for Adult cats is :$25
All Animals are altered, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped.

Adoption steps
- Visit the Facility and Find a PetNo Appointments needed. Adoption viewing allowed 8-5 M-F and noon-5pm Saturdays.
- Sign Adoption ContractOnly takes a few minutes. Requires a photo ID and to be over 18 years old.
- Take the Pet HomeAll pets are vetted prior to being listed as available for adoption and can go home same day.
