The Warren Animal Shelter impounds stray dogs and sick or injured cats ONLY. Persons wishing to surrender an animal must contact a private humane agency (ie: RISPCA, Providence Animal Rescue League, Potter League, etc.) Shelter Wish List Cleaning Supplies: newspaper, dish detergent, dish sponges, bleach, laundry detergent, paper towels Animal Care Supplies: canned cat and kitten food, dog biscuits, blankets, towels, toys. Dog Licenses All dogs in Warren must be licensed. License forms can be downloaded and brought to the Town's Clerk Office on the first floor of the Town Hall.

All calls for service must be filed through the Warren Police Department. Non-emergency calls and inquiries may be made to the Warren Animal Shelter during normal business hours.
