The Washington County SPCA is an open access shelter whose mission is to protect the welfare of the animals we come in contact with, and to promote the humane treatment and well being of these animals. We serve the animals, citizens, and communities of Washington County from our location at 16620 State Highway 123, just north of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Adoptions nationwide.

Adoption fee for dogs is $85 unless otherwise posted.
Adoption fee for cats is $65 unless otherwise posted.
All pets must be spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter.
