Island Cat Allies is a non-profit organization that uses a Trap-Neuter-Release program for the adult feral cats in Emerald Isle, NC and surrounding areas, as well as, a foster/adoption program for kittens that are found and reported by the community.
We are a non-profit organization committed to managing the feral cat population of Bogue Banks, an island in North Carolina that stretches from Emerald Isle to Atlantic Beach.

Application and adoption fee required. Includes vaccines and spay/neuter. Dewormed. No fleas.
