**** Update! ***** CRT is currently not accepting new dogs into our rescue. We do not have the funds to cover our high vet bills and cannot save any more dogs until we raise more money. Chihuahua Rescue and Transport is a non profit organization made up entirely of volunteers dedicated to the rescue of chihuahuas and chihuahua mixes.
If you are interested in one of our dogs, please e-mail me at beanpole4me@pldi.net for an application for adoption. Your application is EXTREMELY important to me. I will usually get back to you in a few hours, but since we are all volunteers with full time jobs it may take up to 1 day. Due to the number of e-mails we receive daily, we do ask that you fill out an application for adoption prior to inquiring about one of our available dogs. Applications must be completed in their entirety or will not be processed.
We need volunteers!!! If you would like to learn more about fostering, helping with transports, home visits or fundraising events - please email us at ALRadle@yahoo.com or go to our website www.chihuahua-rescue.org and fill out an application. A little of your time can help save a little life.

Additional adoption info
Our adoption fee is $150.00- $200.00. In the event of a puppy, the adoption fee will increase. All of our chihuahuas are current on vaccinations, have been tested for heartworms & on prevention, had a fecal test, & are altered. All of the chihuahuas that are available for adoption are altered without exception.
