About Loudoun County Animal Services

As Loudoun County’s leading animal resource, the Department of Animal Services is dedicated to ensure the humane treatment of animals and to serve the community with compassion, integrity and professionalism. The department operates the Loudoun County Animal Shelter, which provides for companion animals that have been surrendered by their owners or found stray in the county. The Animal Shelter also offers pets for adoption.
