1 - 16 of 16 Adoptable Pets at This Shelter
We are a non-profit organization committed to the humane welfare and well-being of animals in need.
Animal Rescue Rhode Island (ARRI) rescues abandoned, abused and surrendered animals without geographic limitation. We nurture them to be adopted as pets in loving homes. ARRI fosters animals by following a philosophy where no animal is ever euthanized because of time, space, breed, or humanely treatable condition, in an environment which is safe, healthy and loving.
Central to our mission is our steadfast commitment to enlighten and inspire our community as teachers and advocates, supporting animal welfare through humane education.
Through the generosity of devoted, loyal donors, our compassionate team of directors, staff, and trained volunteers works tirelessly every day delivering our promise. We are dedicated to making a difference for the hundreds of homeless animals we save every year and their adoptive families.
ARRI Shelter Update as of 11/13/2020
Animal Rescue Rhode Island is open; however, we are taking additional measures to protect our community and staff from the spread of COVID-19 by minimizing face-to-face interactions while continuing to operate core essential services.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow social or casual visits at this time. The public will not be permitted in the shelter or lobby waiting areas without an appointment.
If you are interested in adopting an animal that you saw, please call the shelter at 401-783-7606 x105. Our staff will be happy to conduct an adoption interview with you via the phone. Prior to scheduling your meeting with a particular pet, we ask that you submit an application online.
