The Phoenicia Cat Project is a grass roots animal rescue organization. We are committed to controlling the tremendous cat overpopulation in our community. We have had much success with our Trap/Neuter/Return program in Phoenicia, NY. We devote ourselves to caring for and finding homes for all the ferals that are accepting of humans. So many of these cats make great pets if just given a chance.
