Areas Camp Chaos 37206 serves

Camp Chaos 37206 [www.CampChaos37206.org] takes dogs off the streets of Nashville when we find them, bring them into our home, give them a warm bath, some nutritious food, and get them acquainted with our pack. We have the males neutered, the females spayed, and all dogs are given vaccinations, heartworm test (if age appropriate), and flea/tick & heartworm preventatives. We give them fish oil or flax seed oil gel caps to get their coat into shape since street dogs typically have a course, lack-luster coat due to the lack of nutrition life has given them.

We help good people who have found a dog and are keeping it safe until it is spayed/neutered, vetted, and ready to be adopted.

The endpoint is for the dog to get all the love and vet care needed while living in a safe indoor home. With time & discipline, rescues become wonderful companions prepared for the rest of their lives as an indoor dog with outdoor privileges.

The rescues are ALWAYS in need of good foster homes in this area who will care for the pup while it is posted for adoption.

Please send email for more information on fostering and helping the pups in our great community as well as all over the Southeast USA!

All good things,
CampChaos37206@gmail.com

About Camp Chaos 37206

Connecting Good People, for Pup's Sake! We aim to reduce the number of healthy companion animals euthanized annually; we aim to have more animals that are "fixed" than aren't "fixed" in our Middle Tennessee community; we aim for all neglected, abused, and abandoned animals to have a warm bed, a full bowl, and a helping hand at the end of every day.

We are a grass-roots resource helping good people who assist abandoned dogs in the street, at the park, etc. Typically the dogs find us, but it all works the same way. We loan to good Samaritans in the community kennels, give collars, leashes, food, vaccinations, & can pay for heartworm testing as well as getting the dog spayed/neutered.

We only have one chance to make a difference in the life of a stranger and sometimes that stranger will have 4 legs. Please be someone who helps companion animals! Please adopt a rescue! There are thousands of animals literally dying to be adopted. Please don't chain your dog! Please help your community's companion animals live a safe & healthy life!

Adopt a Pet is the easiest way for you to search for a new pet in Nashville, TN.

Support adoption and rescue. Why go to a dog breeder, cat breeder or pet store to buy a dog or buy a cat when you can adopt?

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life.

What is the difference between adopting a dog, adopting a cat, adopting a kitten or adopting a puppy versus getting dogs for sale, cats for sale, puppies for sale or kittens for sale from a dog breeder or a cat breeder?

When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.

So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
