Founded in 1971, Tree House is an animal welfare organization that promotes the inherent value of every animal and strives to educate the public about humane treatment of animals with a focus on sick, injured, abused, and neglected cats and cats with special physical and emotional needs. We are committed to finding every healthy and treatable cat a home.

Adoption steps

  1. Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
    1. We only ask that you bring a photo ID with your current address or a piece of mail with your current address.
  2. Meet the Pet
    1. Meet cats that match what you are looking for.
  3. Sign Adoption Contract
    1. Go over animal health and behavior history and sign our contract
  4. Pay Fee
    1. Pay our adoption fee and take your cat home

Tree House Humane Society welcomes all adopters interested in bringing a cat into their home and family. We employ an open adoption strategy matching adopters and cats through conversation and dialogue in an atmosphere of understanding, respect, and empowerment.
