Happy Tails Pet Sanctuary

Happy Tails was founded in July 1993 and became a 501(C)(3) non-profit in October 1993. Happy Tails began with six volunteers and has now grown to over 200 volunteers. HT is an all-volunteer run orgnaization. For the past eight years, Happy Tails leased a space in a strip shopping center for a cage-free cat adoption center in East Sacramento.
