there is a pre adoption form sorry not on line but if we Email you we will have you call at a time we are here if approved adoption fee $20.00 and a $10.00 Microchip fee the micro chip fee goes to Shelter Freinds they buy the chips.

About Richland County Animal Control

This is a dog pound ran by county and city monies but we also have Shelter Friends that has built a kennel run for dogs and pay vet bills Shelter Friends is a 501c because we do kill for ROOM but thanks to the great rescues we havent had to do that in a long time as long as we have transports and rescues we are safe but the county says we are NOT a sancuary !!!! But with so many animals very adoptable how can you kill them!!!!
