Rescue FAQs

Volunteers are what makes Mighty Mutts and Ollie's Place continue to move forward, their dedication, joy and genuine care of our animals is truly special and helps them on their way to getting fur-ever homes.
New York. MIGHTY MUTTS is a not-for -profit 501c3, all volunteer run no-kill animal rescue organization. We rescue abandoned and abused animals. We provide food and veterinary care and seek forever loving homes for our rescues. We show our dogs for adoption every Saturday at Union Square (14th St /University) in NYC. We also have a cat adoption center (OLLIES PLACE) located at 430 E. 9th St in NYC.

Additional adoption info

The process for adoption is by application.
Complete an application for the animal you are interested in. Applications are reviewed for best match for the animal. If the application is deemed a good match, there will be a phone call and there may be a home visit. If all is good then the application is approved. Please ask for the most current adoption fee. The goal of Mighty Mutts is to ensure that our rescues never suffer again from neglect or abuse and to provide a stable loving home environment.
