2) If there is interest in a dog, please contact Pattie directly either by phone: 925-848-6270 or email: pattiesangels@yahoo.com for a meet and greet.
We will supply an application if they wish to apply

3) Then we schedule a home visit, of course, unless the home is out of town. We rarely do long distance adoptions but every now and then if it's a great home!

4) If all goes well we are happy to finalize the adoption which includes the signing of an adoption contract. fee's $150 - 250 depending on age / size.

Pattie is a veteran rescuer, she has worked for several other organizations for many years but feels it's time to finally branch out on her own. She has mostly been involved in dog rescue but also helps cats and even an occasional bunny or 2. When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.

So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
