Rescue FAQs

Beginning in March 2012 Cats In Tow nonprofit Founder Judith Serafini took over the management of the PetSmart Brea Cat Adoption Center. She recruited 40 plus dedicated volunteers who care for the cats 3 shifts per day/7 days a week. Adoption Manager Lorraine Rudolph is dedicated to TNR and helps set-up free spay-neuter appointments to fight cat overpopulation. With over 14 years experience and running a licensed cat transition/sanctuary home, Judith Serafini observes cat behavior, helps to problem-solve, and match human to cats for forever homes. Stop by and say hello!
Cats In Tow is based in Anaheim and Brea and runs the Cat Adoption Center inside Petsmart Brea (Imperial/Kraemer) 7 days a week with volunteers on-site throughout the morning, afternoon and early evening. President Judith Serafini is the main contact. Volunteers are welcomed!
